For customers inside the European Union all prices include 21% VAT as applicable in Belgium. For customers outside the European Union the prices do not include VAT.

An agreement will only be concluded after acceptance of your order with Micro Wings. Micro Wings has the right to deny orders. If an order is denied we will give notice of this within 10 business days.
Services have to be paid within 7 calendar days after invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
In case your parcel gets lost or damaged during shipment via mail, a refund will only be available if an optional insurance has been paid for. The refund will not occur before an investigation by Belgian Post International has been concluded. Parcels sent via Kiala are automatically insured for about 10€ per kilogram.
In agreement with Belgian and European laws, orders can be returned within 7 days after recievement. However, we will only accept returned goods after prior consultation and only if the goods are in the same unopened state as we have sent it to the customer. If we accept the returned goods we will repay the payment within 30 days. We will not pay the shipping costs for sending back the goods.
After we have received the payment, goods are usually shipped within 2 business days (if all products are in stock).
If one or more products are not in stock, the customer will be notified of this during the checkout process on our website. The payment will be postponed untill all items are in stock and ready to ship. In case an ordered product is not deliverable anymore, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible.
Your order will not be shipped untill your payment has been completed.
If we have not received your payment within 21 days after placing your order, we will consider your order as cancelled. If for any reason you cannot complete payment within 21 days, please let us know so that your order will not be cancelled.
