| How do I purchase a gift voucher? |
| Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can
pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s).
Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal
Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will
notice that the amount now shows in he Shopping Cart box, and also provides a
link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to some one via email. |

| How do I send gift vouchers to someone else? |
To send a Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can
find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of
each page.
When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:
The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that
is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
A short message which will apear in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although
you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before
the email is actually sent. |

| How do I redeem my gift voucher? |
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent
you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email
will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print
out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher like this:
By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose.
This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested
to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your
Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want. |

| I have a gift voucher. How do i use it to pay for my order? |
| If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to
purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will
appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there
is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of
your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Voucher Account for the

It is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at MicroWings you will earn MicroMiles for the money you spend.
Once earned, you will be able to use those MicroMiles to pay for future purchases at MicroWngs. |

| How does it work? |
When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order will be used to calculate the amount of MicroMiles earned.
These MicroMiles are added to your MicroMiles account as pending.
All pending MicroMiles are listed in your MicroMiles account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by MicroWings.
Once any pending MicroMiles have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those MicroMiles. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want.
MicroMiles do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your MicroMiles.
During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your MicroMiles balance.

| How can I use MicroMiles to pay for my order? |
If you have a balance in your MicroMiles Account, you can use those MicroMiles to pay for purchases made at our webshop.
During the checkout proccess, on the same page where you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of MicroMiles you wish to redeem. Enter the amount of MicroMiles you would like to spend or tick the box to use all available MicroMiles.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method to pay for the remaining amount of your purchase.
Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you\'ll notice that the value of the MicroMiles redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your MicroMiles account will be updated and the MicroMiles used deducted from your balance. |

| General Conditions of the MicroMiles system |
- MicroMiles are only available to registered MicroWings member's.
- MicroMiles can only be collected and used with online purchases, and are only validated at MicroWings.
- MicroMiles are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.
- MicroMiles are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
- MicroMiles will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
- When buying with MicroMiles,you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your MicroMiles Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
- When calculating the amount of MicroMiles earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded (unless otherwise - see refered FAQ for more details).

| Yes! Paypal now also functions as any other creditcard processor. You do not need a Paypal account, and you also don't have to sign up at Paypal. When you arrive a the Paypal website, simply indicate that you do not have a Paypal account. You will now be taken to a secure page where you have to fill in your billing information. |

| Are creditcard payments safe? |
Yes! Our creditcard payments are processed by PayPal (owned by eBay), a company specialized in online payments. PayPal uses the latest technology for security and for fraud prevention -- making your payment safe. For your privacy, MicroWings does not have access to any financial information (like your creditcard number) you entered at PayPal. You can either use your PayPal account for payments (if you have any), or do a one-time payment without having to sign up for a PayPal account. | What if I order items that are not in stock? |
In this case, we can offer you 2 possibilities.
- You can choose to wait untill everything is in stock. You do not pay now, but you wait untill the package is ready for shipment. Items that are in stock, will be safely put aside for you, and cannot be purchased by someone else.
- You can also choose to have the items in stock shipped immediately, the other items will follow later in a second shipment when everything is in stock. Right now, you pay only for the goods in the first shipment. The second payment is only done once the second package is ready to be shipped. Extra shipping costs may be charged.

| You offer a shipping method called Kiala. What is that? |
Kiala consists of a network of collect-points (Kiala points). Those Kiala points are integrated in existing companies with large opening hours, such as gas stations, small neighbourhood shops ... There is always a Kiala point close to you, and you can go get your package whenever you like (early in the morning, late in the evening and even in weekends). So there is no more problem with a postman who always rings at your door with your package when you are at not home. Also no more running to the postoffice to get your package, only to find a huge qeue of waiting people in front of you. Furthermore Kiala shipments are very cheap, and you can track your package on the website. For more information about Kiala and to find a Kiala point close to you, click here.Currently, we only offer Kiala shipments withing Belgium. However we expect to offer the service to other European countries soon. For international shipments we offer standard mail. |

| When can i expect my parcel to arrive? |
Delivery times (counting from the first business day after the day of shipment), like given by the shipping company, are as follows:

| Why is it no longer possible to have my parcel shipped non-priority? |
| Since February 4 2008, Belgian Post does no longer offer the possibility to ship parcels non-priority. A priority shipment does cost a little more, however offers a much faster delivery time: a parcel within Europe could take about 3 weeks non-priority, but takes only 3-4 business days (sometimes only 2) priority, and this for only a few euro's extra. |

- We only offer worldwide shipment via regular mail for now. We do hope to offer courier services in the future.
- Within Belgium we also offer shipment via Kiala.
- For Gift Certificates, no shipping costs will be calculated.
- After we have received the payment, goods are usually shipped within 2 business days (if all products are in stock). If one or more products are not in stock, the customer will be notified of this during the checkout process on our website. In case an ordered product is not deliverable anymore, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible.
